Transform the look of your 2013-2014 Mustang's front end by installing a set of Raxiom Smoked Projector Headlights with Halo for Factory HID. These Projector Style Headlights have an aggressive design that works well with the lines of your S197 Mustang to produce a more intimidating appearance. These Lights not only look great, but will also help to enhance visibility when compared to stock. Raxiom designed these Headlights with projector lenses that work in conjunction with your stock D3S HID bulbs to light up the road ahead with a bright focused beam of light that will improve your nighttime visibility. The integrated CCFL Halos and LED Accents will give your Mustang a more exotic appearance that will separate it from the boring herd of look-a-likes. Raxiom manufactures their Headlights to precise standards from OEM quality materials. These Projector Headlights feature durable black plastic housings with smoked lenses and modern CCFL Halo and LED accent lighting. Each light is sealed to prevent dirt and moisture from harming the state of the art electronics. Raxiom designed their Projector Headlights to be a direct plug and play replacement for your Mustang's original factory housings. There is no cutting or modifications required for a clean straight forward install. However, it should be noted that you will need to lower the front fascia in order to gain access to the mounting bolts. These Raxiom Smoked Projector Headlights with Halo for Factory HID not only improve the appearance of your Mustang, but they also meet or exceed the strict guidelines set forth by the U.S. Department of transportation (DOT) making them legal for street use under compliance# QR1200175. These Raxiom Smoked Projector Headlights with Halo for Factory HID retain the factory HID lighting by reusing the stock D3S style HID bulbs. Not intended for use with vehicles equipped with Daytime Running Lights or Aftermarket HID Kits.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Processing takes about 3 to 5 business days before your order ships. If by any chance, your package that has been delivered by the carrier is lost/stolen, YOU (THE BUYER) are responsible for working with the carrier and us, Tri-State Motorsports to recover your package. You must contact us and the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery for lost/damage claims. You are covered by the basic insurance amount APPROVED by the shipping center. We DO NOT refund or reship product for claims that are denied by the shipping company.

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route's expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days form filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes.

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?

Stolen (or any package that has been marked as delivered but your customer cannot locate)

  • Your customers have up to 30 days from when the package was marked as delivered to file a claim. Claims will not be approved before 5 days after the package has been marked as delivered giving the carrier time to "actually" drop off the package or for neighbors to return it in the case that it was delivered to the wrong address.

Stuck in Transit (Lost)

  • Your customers have up to 30 days to file a claim.
  • Domestic packages are not considered lost until after the 7th day without a tracking update.
  • International packages are not considered lost until after the 20th day without a tracking update.

Damaged

  • Your customers have up to 30 days to file a claim after the package has been marked as delivered.
  • For damage claims, we do require photo evidence of damage so we can verify that the product was actually damaged.

What if My Order Never Arrives, Is Stolen, or Arrives Damaged?

Route definitely helps cover these instances!

To protect your order against loss, theft, or damage add Green Package Protection at checkout.

If your order has not arrived, please file a claim with Route here. For damaged orders, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to use and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue on Route's app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

When will my product ship out?

What's the Warranty on our products?

Unless the product is manufactured by Tri-State Motorsports or TSM Race, ALL Warranties go through the Manufacturer directly. Please visit their official website and get in contact with them in regards to your warranty. We will supply you with any invoice or tracking information the manufacturer asks you for. We also offer Route Protection shipping insurance.

Do you offer any promotions?

One of our major promotions is the TSM Bucks Loyalty Program. You will earn 1 TSM point for every dollar you spend with us. These points can be redeemed for rewards when you reach certain thresholds.
